When a property is bought, sold or refinanced, a mobile notary is contracted to assist in the execution of the signing package and notarize required documents at a location of the clients request.

Dotted Line, Inc. is an established Mobile Notary company that has been training notaries locally since 2014 in the title and escrow industry. We are established and accredited with all local title companies & our team of notaries have executed over 25,000 signings in the State of Hawaii.

We offer live, classroom style, in person & online training. This training will familiarize you with the types of documents that may be included in these signing packages as well as the proper industry protocols to complete a successful signing.

Your training will include opening escrow documents, closing escrow documents for a purchase or sale of a property and general loan documents.

Upon completion of the in person or online training, achieving a passing score of 80% on the Basics of an Accommodation Exam and passing a third-party background check, you will receive Dotted Line Certification that is valid for one year. You may renew your Dotted Line certification annually, which includes an updated background check and re-administration of the Basics of an Accommodation Exam.

Once certified with Dotted Line, you will have the freedom to confidently market yourself as an independent contractor and may be offered the opportunity to apply to join our team of notaries at Dotted Line, Inc.
