Dotted Line, Inc. was launched in 2014 as a Mobile Notary company servicing the Hawaii Title and Escrow Industry. What started as an external resource for Escrow Officers to offer their clients superior and convenient closing options, quickly grew into a team of trained and background certified notaries. Dotted Line, Inc. is approved with all major title and escrow companies in Hawaii and has established a dedicated client base including Escrow Officers, Lenders, Loan Officers, Attorney’s, Real Estate Brokers and their agents who utilize our Mobile Notary.
While working hand in hand with the parties in a title and escrow transaction, our team at Dotted Line, Inc. experienced firsthand the importance of reliable courier service. The documents being couriered inter-office between branches, from lenders and real estate companies to escrow, local banks or credit unions, or to local government agencies, are time sensitive and contain confidential personal and financial information. When these documents are late or are misplaced, the purchase, sale or refinance of the subject property can be delayed. This can be stressful and costly for the client and everyone involved in the transaction.
After identifying the key needs in a local, reliable and customer service first delivery service, we branched into the Courier sector in 2019 on the island of Oahu. We quickly established a reputation in Honolulu and throughout the Island of Oahu for exceeding current industry expectations for Courier delivery.
Dotted Line, Inc. has delivered over 38,000 packages with zero losses, has a dedicated Dispatcher available via phone, chat or email and GPS tracking on all deliveries with optional signature confirmation.
